Product Refund/Return Policy
We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with any product that you have ordered from Lootmore.com. However, if in an unlikely event you are not satisfied with your purchase, Lootmore.com follows the below mentioned Refund/Return Policy:
Please do not accept the delivery of any item from the courier/delivery person, if you feel that the outer packaging is Damaged/Tampered. Please contact our helpdesk for replacement, immediately.
In an unlikely event, if the product you received from us is damaged/defective, please call the helpdesk within 24 hours for a refund/replacement. Products damaged while being used, do not qualify for refund/replacement. In case we are unable to replace the damaged/defective product, we will refund your money. Please note replacement/refund is subjective to Lootmore.com discretion and validation.
Change of Mind Returns
Your satisfaction is our number one priority however, please choose carefully as we do not refund or exchange simply because you changed your mind or the product was not what you expected. However, if you wish to return products in their original packaging and in saleable condition please contact us via the helpdesk to obtain a Return Authorisation Number as no returns can be accepted without one. We will refund your money deducting only 10% of the product cost incurred in packaging and handling.
Returning the product
For initiating the return of a product, you may contact us via helpdesk and request a return/replacement. The returning shipment charges would be respectively beared by you. The return/replacement is subject to receipt of the product(s) at our location in unused condition and in its original packaging, failing which return/replacement may not be possible. At the time of collecting the product(s), you will be given a courier consignment number, which is to be retained for future reference.
Risk and Title
We retain ownership of goods until payment is received in full.
Risk in goods, such as loss or damage, passes to you upon delivery.
If the payment was by Credit Card / NetBanking / Debit Card, we will refund your Credit Card / NetBanking / Debit Card account respectively.
If the payment was by Cash On Delivery / Cash Before Delivery, we will refund your money via a cheque written in your name. You will have to provide the following details:

The refund process will be initiated once we have received the product(s). Typically refunds are processed in less than 10 working days but in case of payments by Cash On Delivery and Cash Before Delivery, it may take a few extra days for the cheque to be delivered to your billing address and for the funds to be credited to your account, once you deposit the cheque.
Please note that we shall not be responsible for any delays in credit to the cardholder's Credit Card / NetBanking / Debit Card account as that is managed by the Cardholder's issuing bank.
